Well, another successful day with day 2, onward and 'downward' to day 3.
Day 2 was similar to day 1, no 'starving', food consumed was balanced and I slept well.
I'm feeling good! Patting self on back for a successful day 2....
I'm already getting questions asking for details about the diet I'm on, but I'm in the process of putting together some details, recipes, a sample menu, etc., so you can enjoy some weight loss too.
One of the nice things about this diet I can reveal, is that I don't have to count calories. I am counting as a part of learning more about the food I'm eating, but calorie counting isn't necessary. It's just something I decided to do to further educate myself about food and nutrition. Knowledge is power, I'm learning more about food beyond reading a package label and that's why this diet will be successful both in dropping weight and maintaining a healthy weight later.
